A team can follow every Scrum ceremony, maintain a beautifully organized backlog, and produce an impressive collection of charts... and still struggle to deliver reliable software.
Process matters, but it can't compensate for code that is difficult to understand, slow to test, and a nightmare to change.
I work with developers, teams, and engineering leaders to strengthen the technical practices that make sustainable delivery possible. That can include working directly in the code, coaching through difficult changes, pairing or working as an ensemble, improving feedback loops, and helping teams make better technical decisions together.
The goal isn't to impose my preferred collection of practices. It's to understand what is getting in the team's way and help them improve their ability to build and change software with confidence.
Technical excellence isn't something separate from the delivery process. It's what makes the delivery process work.
